Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 June 2026
These terms cover your use of Inkframe ("the service"), operated by Cyber-Jack in the United Kingdom. By using Inkframe you agree to them. If you do not agree, please don't use the service.
1. Your account
Inkframe is currently invite-only - accounts are created for individual tattoo artists. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.
2. Your data and your clients
You own the data you put into Inkframe. We act as your data processor for your clients' information - see our Privacy Policy. As the controller of that data you are responsible for:
- having the right to collect and store the client information you enter;
- obtaining your clients' consent where required, including for the medical/consent forms and any photos;
- complying with your own legal and regulatory obligations as a tattoo artist (licensing, health and safety, record-keeping).
3. Money is track-only
Inkframe records deposits, balances and studio splits so you can see your numbers. It does not take or process card payments, and is not a payment provider. You collect money from your clients however you normally do. The figures Inkframe shows are a convenience, not formal accounting or tax advice.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use Inkframe to break the law, to store data you have no right to hold, to upload illegal or abusive content, or to attempt to access other artists' accounts or disrupt the service. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.
5. Availability
We work hard to keep Inkframe running and backed up, but it is provided "as is". We can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and we may carry out maintenance or change features. Keep your own copy of anything critical - you can export your finance records, and you should keep client consent records you are required to retain.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost bookings, lost data beyond our reasonable backups, or losses arising from your own failure to comply with your obligations as a data controller. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently erases your data. We may close an account that breaches these terms or where the service is discontinued, giving you reasonable notice to export your data where we can.
8. Changes & contact
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions: [email protected].
